He using the be in fights , he knock out people, he knows what to do in a heat of the moment i love the way he teaches boxing cause he wants the person who fights using em both of his hands so if you right handed he make you use your left ,if you left handed he make you using your right, but in a way you became a both handed boxer with a perfect balance and force like a bull but the problem is he doesn't seems pay attention outfighting i watch pacquio's fights he dodges good and he pretty fast but i do prefer Muhammad Ali's style is a 1 of a kind ADHD Bee Swarmer , Stamina burner, outfighter.

freemoable Roach has a mediocre pro boxing record and his coaching record is not exactly elite. Just because people point this out/have an opinion on it, it doesn't mean they're not entitled to this opinion or have to be pro boxers or boxing coaches. Your so-called 'logic' is laughable bullshit.

One other thing that Manny does that is very terrible, he leans forward when he throws his crosses most of the time. He's fast so he gets away with it. However, if you watch him he sometimes leans too far forward at the waist when he throws the left cross and his right hook is often wide. When Manny knocked down Hatton with one of the earlier hooks, the hook was about 12 inches away from Pac's chin. It landed because Hatton walked right into the punch.

When you throw a hook, you want the hook to be 3 to 6 inches from your own chin. That is how youre suppose to throw a hook. All you have to do is bend your elbow at a 45 degree angle and turn it towards your own chin. The punch should land on your opponents chin. Pac throws a lot of wide shots and gets away with it because of his speed. If I were Floyd or anybody else, I would feint Pac into throwing those wild shots and counter him effectively.

I boxed in the amateurs and what he is saying is just basic stuff. Basically you just want to make sure you have good balance but if you pay attention to alot of fighters....they don't even do the basic stuff too well. Fighters cross thier feet and some even have their feet parallel when they're punching (mike tyson).
