I got to experience a meet and greet with coach wooden when I was a kid. One of the highlights in my lifetime. As a huge basketball fan I got to pick his brain a little. Kobe carried the torch for our generation. We cheered him, we fought him and we loved him. RIP Mamba 🐍

Kobe and Kareem are very similar. Kareem was hated by the media back in the day. They said he was odd and cold. He never got his love until he retired. Kobe was never the media darling lke MJ, Bron and Magic. I remember Bill Simmons writing an article slandering Kobe's 81 because he magically figured that Sasha Vujacic was upset on the bench smh. He was robbed of a couple of MVP because of that
