Karen Aizome and Ruka Mitsushina once again star in the W..! Musical "Evil No Musume" 2024 version

The musical "The Daughter of Evil" opened on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the Kokumin Kyosai Coop Hall/Space Zero in Tokyo. "The Daughter of Evil" is a Vocaloid song by Akuno-P (mothy) released on the Internet using the voice synthesizing software Kagamine Rin/Len for vocals, which became popular on Nico Nico Douga with over 2.5 million views, and was adapted into a novel and manga.
This musical version of the song is a compilation of stories from "The Daughter of Evil," "The Servant of Evil," "Regret Message," and "The Daughter of White," all of which have been released as Vocaloid songs. Writer/director Hidekatsu Tokunaga put it together and adapted for the stage in June 2017, then a new version with additional scenes and music performed in April 2019. This will be the fourth time it has been staged, following a production in 2021.

初日、14才の娘と観に行きました。 北海道から無理なスケジュール組んででも現地に来て観ることができて良かった。 チケット申し込み時に「全公演コース」があって「サイン付きだとしても同じ舞台を連日全て観るの？意味が分からない！？」と思っていたが、舞台を観終わった今なら全公演を観れる人良いなぁ！と羨ましくなるくらい価値感変わりました。 藍染カレンさんや山口真帆さん目当てで行ったけれど、全ての共演者と演出や舞台空間の仕上がりに優劣なんてつけられず本当に感動しました。

The title of this show is "Daughter of Evil". In Japanese, it is called "Aku no musume ( 悪ノ娘 )”. This video is a highlight of the musical that took place in Japan in March 2024. It was made to promote the show.

There is a set of songs written by a guy named Mothy, called "the story of evil" it depicts how a young princess named Riliane rises to power and leads her Kingdom to ruin before getting overthrown. This is the musical adaptation, combining all the songs into one narrative. If you don't know the original songs, I'd recommend listening to them first before watching the musical, because it's just full of references. If you look up Mothy Story of Evil, you should get more information.
