I never thought I’d be the kind of guy caught in a legal mess, much less one that started with a woman showing up on my front porch, demanding to buy my house like she was picking up groceries. Why not file a complaint with the BAR association, and a counter suit against the lawyer/law firm? When the lawyer sends a letter that contains false information, that letter is defamatory in itself and should be used in a libel suit.
