You know…. I understand that a lot of folks listening to an artist’s recording… which may or may not be overdubbed and mastered with effects… and hold the artist to do the same thing they did in a mastered recording. Unfortunately, it will rarely ever happen. Every time a gospel/Christian song is sung live, the venue, the atmosphere, the audience, the musicians, the background vocals, state of physical/mental/emotional health and level of fatigue will all translate into how the sung is rendered. KCS along with her siblings were taught to sing for God. It isn’t a performance. It’s ministry for them. I know she probably wasn’t as strong vocally on this performance… but for me… she worked what she had left and it was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I respect your perspective Rashawn Campbell. I find nothing wrong with it at all. Just wanted to add my 2 1/2 cents 😌
