Oh yes, that was me in my career! I did sales & marketing for the computer industry: in front of people, seeking out opportunities, etc.... And, I got to be alone on airplanes, away from the gang at the office, alone driving & hoteling .... I am an introvert, HSP. Thank goodness for retirement!!😊

Thanks for this share. I would say it is all about disgesting the overstimulations. So true and no choice when you are a HSP.

I perform my own original music and I've performed in front of hundreds of people. Playing guitar wasn't much of a challenge, but singing was. Maybe because it's a more personal display of my emotions. Nevertheless, non-HSP introverts often say that I'm brave for doing what I do. I just love music and I grew up in a family where emotions weren't expressed in a healthy way.
