I enjoyed it live and shared the link and we greatly appreciate that you read that beautiful decision by Judge Walsh. It gives hope for the future to know that there are still judges who remember that they swore an oath to uphold and protect The United States Constitution in doing their jobs. His words were perfect, especially his citation to one of my favorite books, MAKE WAY FOR DUCKLINGS. My grandma took me on The Swan Boats (on the Boston Public Garden Lagoon, where the ducks lived) several times when I was little so those rides solidified my love for that book, the lessons it taught, birds of all kinds, and being outside on the water. It's been such a wonderfully important book throughout my life, but I never imagined it would ever form the backbone of one of the most important judicial decisions in the 21st century. I'm so glad those charges against Rich were dismissed! Thank you for your devotion to covering these important cases. Just watch: 2025 is right around the corner and it's time for a new book to be written: MAKE WAY FOR JUSTICE.

I'm on catch-up. Melanie just asked if anyone had hit a deer. I haven't, but I once hit a curlew (a wading bird, not very big, weighs less than 2lb) whilst going uphill, so not fast. The noise and impact was intense and under no circumstances would I have not known I'd hit something. I assure you, if KR had hit someone she would have known. The fact the Commonwealth suggested she could have done it recklessly without knowledge is even more ludicrous to me than someone being hit and killed by a car without any car accident injuries at all. Man who ever is pulling the strings on that PD needs to be investigated on a deep dive into his or her background. I nave never seen such a screwed up mess. I did 25 years on the PD in the Dakota's where we actually did police work and tried to keep out of local politics. It is hard as a local cop to stay out of it but if you keep the department together as a leader on the PD politics can be kept in the background most of the time. We have found, at least locally that dissolving the PDs and going County Wide under the leadership of the Sheriff has made things for the officers much better as there is a buffer between the town council and the officers on the street.

I’d like to weigh in on the fact that I don’t believe that Karen Reed was intoxicated - anyone who has experience with MS or Crohn’s disease or any kind of kidney disease like I have - knows you simply cannot metabolize alcohol - it makes you violently ill. To avoid people asking you all night why aren’t you drinking - you just end up ordering drinks that look like a drink i.e.; soda, water with lime, etc.. in good Sam Hospital did not perform the proper blood alcohol test to determine a DUI

I think Judge Walsh could see just how powerful it would be to maintain the littering charge. Not powerful for the Prosecution though; he knows that a dismissal would prevent the Defence from having those extra powers for compelling evidence from the MSP about their procedures and past actions - something that would be difficult (or even impossible) should the case already be over. I'm hopeful it will eventually be dismissed but only once the MSP has been allowed to wade deeply into the muck and get itself firmly stuck! 🖤

She’s been quietly compiling all timelines, measurements, steps taken, Smartwatch data, car speed, wheel revolution, in connection to the night John died and has come up with theories. Recently she made a scale model of how all the cars were parked at the Albert house, which illustrated how hard 24 mph in reverse would be impossible. Incredible detail, too much to describe here. The juror that Phelps interviewed is a real juror. He was not guilty then went guilty and then went back not guilty on the lesser included. It’s a male and I believe he’s the RMT. It’s the one that turtle boy interviewed and he gave the contact to Phelps. You can tell by the spliced info that Phelps included that he just took certain things he said and acted like they were answers to questions that Phelps asked him. Absolutely ridiculous podcast. Apparently Turtleboy is suing him so hopefully Phelps saved his pennies from his podcast. 🙄
