There is ALSO taillight footage showing Karen Read's taillight 41/2 hours AFTER she allegedly hit John O'Keefe. The footage is at 1 Meadows at 5:07 when she left John's house to go look for him. She backed out of his garage, tapped his car, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, as Karen is driving down John's driveway, you can CLEARLY see that the whole right taillight is INTACT. This whole case is a slam dunk with that footage alone! Why it is not shown is beyond me!!

For the life of me I don't know how we just skipped over this. Light bulbs are not red they are white. If 47 pieces of tail light were missing it would have looked like a high beam in our faces when she was leaving that driveway. You are absolutely right. That was a different state trooper that faced disciplinary action, not Proctor. Matt Johnson really should do better, don't want to spread misinformation & make it seem like Proctor getting disciplined/suspended for their behavior in this case is an isolated incident. It might give the impression that the corruption was isolated to one trooper when in actuality it was systemic. Proctor, Tully Bukhenik, Kevin Albert all officers that received some type of reprimand for their unacceptable behavior in this case.

If you want your statement to be valid then, you need to demonstrate that, it defies logic. , Let's look at the principles/laws of logic, shall we... Occam's razor... The explanation/theory that requires the fewest assumptions is most likely the correct explanation. Given these principles, the most logical and most reasonable explanation is that, Karen hit John with her vehicle. When someone is hit by the corner of a vehicle, it usually results in what's known as a "partial impact"... That is, the objects involved never obtain the same velocity, the energy transferred to the person struck, wouldn't equal the full force of the vehicle at 24 mph. There's been plenty of examples of this, videos of people being struck even at higher speeds than 24 mph and their injuries are not as bad as you would expect depending on, how they landed. One video of a girl who was hit front on, when she suddenly ran onto the street, when the car struck her, she went flying through the air, but thankfully she landed on her bottom, she got up and ran off!! There were no broken limbs..., now, if had landed on her head like John did and she was unconscious.. ..And if that wasn't recorded, would you attempt to deny that she was hit by a vehicle? just because she didn't have any injuries to her body or limbs? Just watch the horrific videos of the New Orleans vehicle attack, you see multiple people hit by the same vehicle at the same speed. Yet some people had no injuries or minor injuries, some were severely injured and some were killed!! So, this is proof that it depends on multiple factors such as, what angle they were hit from and where they were hit and how they landed. In this case here we have a man found unconscious on the side of the road, with a serious head injury, with broken and jagged pieces of taillight found embedded in his clothing and around the scene. He is missing a shoe and a glass and straw are found alongside him at the scene. His DNA and hair is found on the bumper and inside the taillight housing. His phone stops moving seconds after Karen's car is put into reverse at 24 mph. The victim's girlfriend has a broken taillight. Now, when you view all of the evidence together the most logical explanation is that Karen hit John and left him in the cold to die. You don't view evidence in isolation, you view it in light of other evidence.. for example... If you view those injuries on his arm and you don't have any other information about the case then, there's multiple possible causes for those marks However ...not when you know all the other evidence, now when you view those marks in light of the other evidence, .. then the possibilities begin to narrow down significantly, to the explanations that requires the fewest assumptions and relies on the tangible evidence. For instance, when you discover that there were pieces of broken and jagged taillight embedded into his clothing and no dog DNA found. If you view those injuries, in light of those things then the most logical and reasonable explanation which requires the fewest assumptions is, those broken and jagged pieces that came from Karen's broken taillight caused those injuries to John's arm.
