Auntie Bev in my opinion couldn't fairly adjudicate a Parking Ticket in traffic court, let alone adequately determine innocent or guilt in a criminal trial. It just goes to show how corrupt the Commonwealth is. Clearly this judge doesn't have what it takes to rule within judicial prudence. We've seen that within Karen's trial.

Choosing a bench trial makes appealing "judicial" rulings so much easier, and puts pressure on the Trial Judge to dot those i's and cross those t's! As far as being found guilty, it is extremely difficult to appeal that "jury verdict."

IMO She didn’t intend for him to die. She was upset. If they were being “intimate” at the time of his passing, would she have been charged? Without intent, they probably would rather not have all of their private life and family aired out in public for no reason.

She should NOT be a judge and only got this position because a close friend gave her it and NOT because she is qualified or had EARNED IT 🤔
