I was very confident, K.R. was guilty from listening to the media. But I'm more inclined to take the results of inquiries made from the blogger known as T. Boy, the statements from the victim's ex, and statements from K.R. herself. It seems as though he's really explored every single detail and exposed a ton of very questionable and, in reality, fabricated evidence. The handling of this case by those responsible for processing the crime scene seems to be the biggest miscarriage of justice, IMO. I know how it sounds about the conspiracy defense, but with all that we're seeing across the country involving police and political misconduct, is it really a stretch to think that it may apply here? I mean, this lady is not a Sarah Boone type person for heaven's sake, not even close. Again, this is strictly my personal opinion. I believe we're too quick to convict others based on our own emotions and, in the process, lose sight of where true justice and conviction should be directed.

Regardless of what we think of her guilt/innocence. The defense clearly was happy with the mistrial and celebrated it like a victory. Understandably, they regretted it after they heard from the Jurors. But they clearly missed to address it at the time it happened

Because the CW needs to defend their corrupt police or else the police will bring down others that protect the Deep State of CW through favors that they give each other. For example, a nephew of a judge was caught dui, the police will give the nephew of the judge a pass, or a house of rep’s daughter was found in possession of illegal substance at the school, the parent will pay the local media & the police, threaten or pay school officials to sweep this issue under the rug. All favors need to be reciprocated, at the same time, they hold it against each other to keep their corruption sealed. So, basically, these judges also have blood in their hands that the state police knows.
