Exactly. It happens more often than people think. I’m from Memphis. My dad worked in the jail system. Half the people in there are in there because a public defender coerced them into a plea deal and told them they have no chance. Statistically all of them can’t be guilty, a lot of them just don’t know the legal system.

@@stevenprice6957where is the proof she killed him? Just the taillight pieces alone won’t explain it, there already has been discrepancy and doubt in testimony about it and that it was not damaged as badly as the prosecution tries to portray. And her supposed “admission” is just nonsense, and had discrepancies as well between Kerry and Jen testimonies. On the other hand there is a stellar evidence the investigation was biased from the get go. How is she going to be convicted I cannot imagine.

At least 2 of these people have been involved in DUI Chris Albert killed a person and got off ( with representation from the Judges brother). Also the chief downed a man who lost his leg while he was under the influence. This should be a national disgrace. It seems there is a culture where a lead investigator in a murder trial can message friends, relatives, colleagues with intimate details of a live investigation in the most offensive terms imaginable - and no one pulls him up about it. Police cruisers are used for (official or unofficial?) trips to solve unsolved cases resulting in one officer getting so inebriated he's lost his badge & gun. From the testimony, there seems to be a fair amount of drinking and driving, yet the only person brought to book is the non-cop outsider. Appalling. Scotland Yard & West Midlands Police in the UK has faced similar issues in the past resulting in entire branches being re-assigned to other duties. People get cozy and then the Devil makes work for idle hands

The Defence has lured the prosecution into the defence. The prosecution spends majority of their time defending the defence narrative rather than present their case.

It is very easy for a shoe to pop off. A while ago, one of my shoes popped off when I slipped and fell because the wood floor had just been cleaned and was slippery.

Where is all the ring camera footage from all the neighbors? They could verify the time line on the cars arriving, leaving, even turning on to the street, plow rounds, etc?!

Proctor said shoe off proved to him it was a hit by car… wouldn’t Brian Albert also know this and could possibly stage the scene? Just a thought.

Regarding Yanetti calling out Proctor for being unprofessional all I can say is, "If the shoe fits, Trooper." Also, I cackled heartily when Proctor spoke of the "Overwhelming" evidence that he had against KR. What a clown show. Imo.

according to Yanetti, he needed to meet with the plow driver to talk about his testimony, and the PLOW DRIVER suggested meeting at that particular school parking lot. That's all that happened. Literally nothing. but then Troopah Proctah wants to get up on the stand and claim that Yanetti intentionally showed up somewhere to intimidate somebody, yada yada yada, more of the same bullshit they've been saying. It just shows how gross and dishonest they are.
