If you watch Brian Albert in the background of closing arguments of the defense at ALMOST every time he, his home the investigation of the scene, his dog, a fight, Proctor ECT... he shows his guilt in his 👄 mouth and face movements. If you compare his reaction to ALL the others on the benches there to the right of the defense. He showed it ALL the same way when he was on the witness stand weeks ago. The tightening of his jaw! Yes, he was very uncomfortable! I felt it was awful to 👀 see him, Colin and Jennifer there. Most ALL of those people put on the witness stand by the prosecution, especially the Albert's and McCabe's it was like pulling teeth for them to just answer the questions. It was hard for them to just speak the truth!!! Which should be easy, IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE!!! I was ok with Kerry being there, I felt like she was at ease speaking the truth when on the witness stand! I did notice John's mother shaking her head slightly during the last couple of minutes of the closing arguments from the defence... My ❤ heart hurts for the O'Keefe's🙏🙏🙏

I would like to hear what the O'Keefes feel and have to say after the trial and verdict. They were probably presented with a false promise that Karen did it and they had concrete evidence to be prove it. If I was one of the O'Keefes I would feel very betrayed by his "brothers in blue" and the people he thought were his friends. I haven't watched every bit of the trial but do you recall if they ever asked them why they got rid of their house and family pet right after this???

No, the jury did not deliberate for 3 hours. They went for a 1 hour lunch. They then spent possibly 1 & 45mins maybe 2 hours, although they recalled everyone prior to 4pm & it took a good 15 minutes for everyone to gather to say goodbye for the jury. So realistically, unlikely, the jury managed 2 hours of deliberation today. Why not tell the truth when doing the news? Be honest. When they go in the jury they finally can talk about the case but they have to organise & evidence has to be brought in along with the lengthy verdict forms etc.

Sad that the O'Keefe's have brought this narrative lock, stock and barrel. As Jackson gives his closing, it somehow seems appropriate that Brian Albert is on the screen behind him. Contrary from all the others listening, Albert's inability to maintain a stoic face seems to reflect a man with the shame of a little boy caught with his hand on the cookie jar. On the other hand, Jen McCade has her game on face, while Colin appears like a schoolboy annoyed that he has to be subjected to enduring a timeout for bad behavior. I found the incident in Canton where Turtleboy was harassed by members of the town resulting in charges against two of them to be a perfect example of what the Jackson closing statement portrays. I truly hope Canton sees the same and recognizes that their behaviors reflect on the entire town. Having seen that, I surely would not want to consider either purchasing a home or raising a child there until I knew that the town has cleaned up its act inside town government and within the town limits.

The lady expert summed up the failing in the justice system. It should all come down to the facts , the evidence and whether there is doubt. How likeable the defence or the prosecution comes into it should not be a factor, she said unfortunately it can come down to that , how are we getting justice if a defence is likeable and they are found not guilty , and if the defence aren't very good they get found guilty , you shouldn't need lots of money to buy the best defence. It's frightens me tbh how easy the prosecution or defence can manipulate the jury. If she didn't have money , would a small time low paid defence have been able to show the evidence doesn't fit , would they have been able to cross examine what clearly are poor prosecution witnesses. I'm not sure I feel that justice is 100% accurate tbh.h
