The wire tapping came in - a day in Karen Read trial, TurtleBoy went to the bathroom, I think during a 15 min break. TB was using the urinal, and set his phone down to do his business, then washed his hands, and right when he was finishing, Bukaki(Proctor’s Boss) comes in the bathroom to the urinal, Turtle Boy leaves out the bathroom. About a minute later, he realizes he left his phone in the bathroom. So TB goes back in there, and grabs his device, which happens to be right in the vicinity of Bukaki. Leaves out the bathroom, no words, no drama, nothing. He goes back about his business in the court house, and I’m not sure how long later, they approach him, let him know they are charging him with wire tapping. Their evidence of this was, CCTV of the lobby area around bathrooms, and shows TB & Bukaki both in and out the bathroom, shows TB going back to get his phone, then shows Bukaki lingering in the lobby area. LIKE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! So, this Mass State Trooper Sergeant, Proctor’s Boss, has the audacity to claim that TB left his device on purpose, in order to record the Sgt. with out his knowledge, in the shitter, in the court house, during Karen Read trial!!! Like, who tf did they think TB wanted to surreptitiously record the Sgt. and NOBODY else in the bathroom?!!! Bruh!! Get the 🔫🔫 I can’t!!

THANK YOU for showing this. Aidan gets a lot of flack from people who are not educated on the fraudulent charges from the Commonwealth. In my opinion...TB'S case is just as important as Karen's, when it comes to flushing the corruption out of the Commonwealth. He worked so hard for justice for Officer John O'Keefe and Karen Read, and we are almost there! I feel we owe it to Aidan to shine a light on his case!

You & your like can't picture any other pedestrian collision except being hit from the Front of a car meaning, with a bonnet that is low to the ground, so an impact to the legs with all manner of other injuries due to being flung or falling off the bonnet of the car. It is nobody's fault that you also can't figure out how the back of his head slammed onto the edge of the concrete kerb which caused the severe skull fractures & then his brain slowly swelled while he froze to death. The data from her ten ton Truck shows, she planted her foot to the metal for 62 feet, Instantly doing 24.2 miles per hour. That car was fitted with a screen in front of her face, reversing camera & sensors. The beep beep beep was prevalent as she approached her boyfriend. It got faster when she didn't Stop. The data from her vehicle shows a sudden slight lessening of speed & the wheel turned slightly. Indicative of hitting a pedestrian. A demo was filmed using her car & those exact data entries & showing the brakes brought the car to an immediate stop on an icy road. She didn't slow, stop or even hesitate as the accelerator data Shows. N.B. for all the dumb bums I will explain something else in Simpleton terms - having the sensor in her car also means that when she slowly & very deliberately backed into John's car at 5.07 a.m., her drake face was also hearing Beep Beep Beep. Her right hand reached over to press a button, the auto brake assist that she switched Off. The Authentic ring camera video shows the piece of the taillight Missing as she drove off. A cop went to John's house at 8.22 a.m., to see if kids there alone. The video from his car shows, the Same piece missing. Karen Read is a very crafty female who thought she was The most attractive thing on the planet & believed in her demented mind, that All men should fall at her feet. Back at the beginning, Yanetti on the courthouse steps & the announcement for the TV cameras "it was an accident, she didn't mean to hit him". Then along came a little spider from the bright lights of LA Land & he saw Big dollars signs & a fable was born against all those at the after-party, against every serving police officer in the State & against all medical responders for 50 miles. That evil-eyed serpent spent 1 million on a PR campaign to make a whole lot of numpties, cop haters & Ritas, into her turtle Mutant cult members. Congrats. And BTW - as much as she laughed, smiled & smirked all through the trial, she is doing Same about You. It's about 5.05 a.m., she calls back "John's dead, I think he might have been hit by a plough". At about 6.10 a.m., "there he is, let me out of this fucking car". The only one of 3 women who could See a body from the middle of the back seat as the 2 women in the front were looking either side & ahead for John when driving in the middle of a Blizzard, pitch black outside still, no streetlights for the road & the body was about 6 feet back from the kerb at the far left side area of a family's front yard & completely covered in several inches of Snow. Amazing supernatural powers from that evil-eyed devil in a dress. I suppose you would defend that thing even if that body was Your child yeah?

I was familiar with turtle boy prior to this in large part because of a scandal in Shrewsbury MA he covered. I didn’t have the greatest opinion of him and think he’s a provocateur with a bias more than a journalist. But even as someone who doesn’t particularly like him, he did NOTHING wrong in this case, and in this instance he broke a huge story he should be applauded for bringing to light; and this is pure and simple retaliation by the cops.

Alie was the last to leave, and I think she took Chloe with her. Jenn Mc said she burst into her sisters room that morning. If Chloe was there (she sleeps in Brian and Nicoles room) Chloe would've reacted, any dog would..But when questioned, Jenn said she didn't see Chloe. Chloe also would've been reacting to all the commotion going on outside in the front yard, but nobody heard a dog barking. @@rebeccaswift7588 I had no idea about this case. No skin in the game at all. I didn’t know who Trutle Boy was. I was only interested in the case and assessing the evidence. Someone in the chat mentioned the autopsy photos, which were actually from the hospital, not the autopsy table. I saw those and immediately recognized the arm injuries. I have much the same (scars) from breaking up a dog fight. It’s very distinctive. Had that been caused by the taillight pieces, there would have been blood and skin all over the pieces and probably the housing as well and there was not. The DNA of John’s was touch DNA not blood DNA. She was setup, plain and simple. The only people meeting, calling each other throughout the night then lying and saying they were butt dials, getting rid of evidence, etc, etc etc, were the McAlbert clan. Interjecting themselves when the case had been turned over to the MSP, a McAlbert and an ATF agent helping themselves to the evidence in the Sally port. No one should have been in there while Karen’s car was being held there except people processing the car from the MSP. Period. They broke the chain of custody. Shameful, shameful conduct on sooooooo many levels!

She showed up at Jen’s house right before Jen and Karen were leaving to go back to John’s. So Kerry followed Jen and Karen, in Karen’s car, back to Meadows Ave. They quickly checked John’s house for him… and then they all jumped in Kerry’s car to go to 34 Fairview Rd.

I got confused because Kerry testified that she told Karen that she should not be driving because Karen told her they were all drinking hours before, but then she got dressed and waited for Karen to drive to her home. Then Karen called her again and she told Karen to wait at Jennifer's so they could all be one one car and she drove to Jennifer, but then Jenn drove Karen's car to John's house and Kerry followed them there. I don't remember anything about how Kerry knew where Jenn lived since they didn't know each other.

@@2882Lindsey Kerry did not just 'show up' at Jen's house lovey, Read told her to go there, the next plan after the first one failed, wanting to leave her car at Kerry's house. Read had already told Jen on the phone that she was so drunk the night before, her last memory was being at the Waterfall with John. Of course that was her first plan to cover up what she'd done & though she knew full well that the Waterfall would not be open, she drove past there, then to Fairview then to Jens. Jen said due to all the alcohol, Read shouldn't be driving & She would drive the car to look for John. Kerry had just pulled up behind Read's car in Jen's driveway & due to the last call from Read, Kerry's phone was still open & due to Bluetooth, Kerry could hear the convo between Read & Jen. Read just realised that Kerry would be able to see the broken taillight though she had stopped to pack snow down on top of it plus the packing of snow across the back. When Read left John's at 5.07 a.m., there was No snow on that car. Read was telling Jen about the broken taillight but, seeing as she had parked in John's garage when she got there & then she had reversed out & driven to xyz & then to Jens, how in the hell would she have Known about that. Woops. Kerry leant out her window & due to her headlights, she could see the right taillight was broken & a hole under the snow there. Kerry asked Read if she had searched the house for John, Read said she had not. Kerry said maybe John was passed out drunk somewhere there & they should check the whole house first so, it was the combination of these factors as to Why all 3 went back to the house. Jen & Kerry knew how pedantic John was about his house & they removed their shoes to go inside. Read walked straight in with her boots still on. As she had done when she first went back to his house, as Heard when she called John's phone for no other reason that to Record herself, shutting the car door, closing the garage door & walking up the stairs to go inside. Not one word was said. It was Read who'd kept insisting that they drive to Fairview because she knew Exactly where her boyfriend was. It's 5.00 a.m., "Kerry Kerry Kerry" then she hung up because the play-acting was Meant to freak the hell out of that poor woman, who btw, she barely knew. It's about 5.10 a.m., she calls back "John's dead, I think he might have been hit by a plough". At about 6.10 a.m., "stop there he is, let me out of this fucking car". She 'saw’ a body from the middle of the back seat as the 2 women in the front were looking either side & ahead for John when driving in the middle of a Blizzard, pitch black outside still, no streetlights for the road & the body was about 6 feet back from the kerb at the far left side area of a family's front yard & completely covered in several inches of Snow. Amazing supernatural powers from that evil-eyed devil in a dress.

This is ridiculous! He's broken no laws! Another day in Canton!! The jury were told specifically they COULD NOT give anything partial. She specifically told them they could not tell her anything until they'd completed their decision making on all 3 counts. This is quite a mess! There's not really a legal precedent for it; the closest being Blueford V Arkansas which I've not tag but I've got it, will read it, & will make a comment about it once I have. Unlike Coffindufus, I won't just post weird from the case & say this proves it! It's dead in the water!! Crap. It's all crap!! Count 2 carries 20 yrs, which is ridiculous. Same thing asked Baldwin is charged with & facing 18 mos. It's crap!! I still don't think they'll retry. I hope not, anyway.

She is biased and compromised and does not belong on this trial or any other!

@3Boobalas I agree & yes, the entire thing was horribly confusing! Even the attys watching, most of them, said THEY were confused. I went back & watched the day the jury got the case to begin deliberations. I know Bev isn't about to admit to anything, but she's the problem & it's a real shame it's boiled down to a huge misunderstanding!! That Karen Read can't get justice thru the 1st trial due to a misunderstanding would be a travesty... as if the entire thing wasn't a travesty to begin with, but I do. I think the entire thing is a misunderstanding & many of the attorneys chiming in say they don't HAVE TO DO ANYTHING!! That serially concerns me the more days go by & Bev doesn't respond. I think Ajax will surely move on getting affidavits - that's his next natural step if others haven't come forward yet. I think they all will, but they're watching to see what's getting done. The DA & the judge can just ignore this & so nothing, legally, and that's a damn shame. I pray that isn't what happens! I really didn't think the CW would retry this case, but now I wonder. Course, they could come out & say they aren't still, but I'd think they'd spin something using the jury's confusion & ability to stomp all over them. This is just so sad!! None of us believed the jury hadn't come back with NG & now we understand why, but yeah, it's all on Bev, but she'll NEVER admit that. Ugh... this makes me sad & sick!!
