Grain-free Chocolate chip Pumpkin Cookies
Make approx.: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
‣ 1 cup almond flour
‣ 2 tablespoons coconut flour
‣ 1 large egg
‣ 1 tablespoon coconut oil
‣ 3 tablespoons raw honey
‣ 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
‣ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
‣ 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
‣ 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
‣ 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
‣ 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add in pumpkin puree, egg, honey, oil, and vanilla & chocolate chucks: mix well.
4. Drop tablespoons of dough on a lined baking sheet, flatten lightly.
5. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
6. Let cool and serve.

I always love to see what you have to share for us! What is the lipstick you have on on Nail day? How come my lipsticks don’t look that good on me lol. I'm so excited (and sorry at the same time) to hear you share that you are also a migraine sufferer. I absolutely adore your channel and live vicariously through you two when I see anything to do with perfume, make up, chocolate, wine, and those amazing flavored coffees that I miss so much. My migraines got upgraded a few months ago (a couple weeks shy of my 40th birthday) from chronic to hemiplegic. I'm exploring options since none of the other treatments are working, and Botox is one of them. Knowing you're able to do all you do gives me hope! By the way- your bar area looks so beautiful and it was so fun to see your mom's decorations!

Loved your video! I've been collecting Rae Dunn for about nine months now. She has several patterns. I collect large letter and Icon. It goes perfect with my farmhouse decor. Large letter is her most popular. It can get pretty ugly and crazy. Not everyone plays nice in the sandbox when it comes to Rae Dunn. I have seen it many times here in New Jersey. I learned to just buy what I love and not allow it to consume my life. There are many face book groups that you can join. My favorite is the Rae Dunn Inspiration and Home Decor. No drama lol. I have a niece that suffers with migraines. She was allergy tested and took those foods out of her diet. She seldom has migraines now. Oh no! The Rae Dunn bug! Bless your heart. I am so interested in the botox for your migraines! I also suffer from migraines and have been on low dose birth control because they think it is hormone related but, I am interested in stopping taking the pills but, am afraid to suffer again with the migraines. Does your insurance cover this type of treatment?

Hi Karen!! I had to go off of birth control when I was in my late 30's. They found it was causing my massive migraines. Though . it didn't completely stop them. they came much less frequently. When I heard you can get botox for migraines I was leary... I hate shots. but the pinch was well worth it! Talk to your doctor! Insurance does cover it! Hugs! Karen xo
