Last one report to the police about petty vandalism on your car, and give them each note. They will likely look up who has been calling in complaints, and tell them that, unless the vehicle has been there for over 72 hours, that any calls will result in them getting a charge of abuse of emergency services, and a bill for the time of the calls previously received.

The theater story must be out of country, there's no place left that I know of that serves alcohol to people under 21. I believe Louisiana was the last one but they were going to loose hwy money from the feds so they went back to 21
