As a cellphone seller myself, we dont have the choice, its to limit fraud cause an open box is worth less then an open box.. its actually a policy in a lot of store to ALWAYS open the box for the customers! :)

Your voice is so calming :) Also I wanted to tell you that since this is the iPhone 12 mini so its smaller therefore the battery life is shorter and it charges slower, that's why it wasn't that fast charging using the magsafe.

I loved the video! I know it can be annoying, but unfortunately it is our job. I work at a cell phone retailer and we are told to open the phones so we can make test calls, make sure the phone is working properly, etc. I know it sucks, but unfortunately we have to, at least where I work :/ they only ever want us to let them leave without making a test call or making sure the phone is working properly if they have to leave ASAP or they throw a big fit
