You literally took me from being unconsciously incompetent with trading since I've been following your content. You give so much value & I feel most people don't appreciate it. The time & effort that goes into your content must be immense, especially when you're going against the grain from what other educators (retail) are teaching. I wish there was a way for me to learn directly from you (like within a small group or even mentorship) To learn the important aspects of trading in more depth like (Fundamentals, intermarket , Sentiment, Volatility, infrastructure of broker/client relationships, risk management, trade idea generation, Distribution of returns etc...) All the things retail traders DON'T want to learn. I know you want to teach these things, but I also understand this is a business of supply & demand and unfortunately most viewers only want content revolved around technicals. I want to learn more of what matters

Start collecting and compiling notes and knowledge. Once you feel good about it, hop on to a practice account and start practicing

I'm not one to comment on KZbin videos, but just want to say I watched both of your videos as soon as they were out - this one and the interview with Etienne (I follow him too). I took notes on this video and as a retail trader, I definitely learnt some things. Some of my takeaways: - Look for markets that can be leading indicators eg. AUD/JPY (high yield/low yield currency) can be correlated to the stock market and act as leading indicator. - AUD and Gold can be correlated. - Commodity currencies: AUD, CAD, NZD - Study history in the charts Etcetc... Willing to bet it's not just me who has benefited but many silent viewers. Thank you Karen for doing this for free, you deserve our appreciation! 😊

Lots of crap out there are taught by people with no finance background. I didn't spend over $40k and 3 years on a finance degree for nothing. Only a handful are taught by people with a proper trading or finance qualification. So be careful who you learn from.

Karen, the one thing I would have added to your list is Order flow. Of course this is more relevant for intra-day traders and does require having the right tools from which to develop precision skill for entries.

There are differences between smc, ict, support and resistance, price action, etc. What you're talking about is a concept, but her vision is different. She's not into ict or smc, but more support and resistance, price action, and many fundamentals.

@@waraswaynewooskie I have never seen anyone discuss 'Sentiment' observing 1 minute charts (and for some even smaller charts)...(and would include T&S as well) which is what many would use for OF. OF is in the moment... it is actually observing the auction process in real time. So if you want to call that Sentiment, just know most career day traders would not. But as long as other traders know exactly what they are observing, it matters not to me what a person wants to call it.
