HI Karen I've binge-watched almost all of your videos & this past week I've made at least a dozen of your recipes. Hubby said all of them were delicious! Some thoughts on your channel: your new kitchen & camera angles & lighting are so pleasant to watch. Some of your first videos are so small on the computer screen but the later ones are very professional. Karen, you have such a special personality, you are so relaxed and funny and sweet. I'm not from the south but I find your accent so pleasant and endearing. You have great diction & a lovely voice. Speaking of voices, your husband should have been a radio announcer. What a deep & velvety voice! I love the videos where he comes in from work and you 2 serve the meal together & chat a while. The love between you two is very obvious. The one thing i would suggest is that you keep your cooking videos just of you and of course your hubby (and your adorable cat on the kitchen stool!) The videos with "guests" lack your charm and magnetism. What makes your channel so watchable is YOU! Please keep cooking & baking in your own charming fashion. You're so genuine and relaxed. I'm glad you usually measure the ingredients, I like to be precise with your recipes. Sorry this was so long, but I wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying your videos. Kindest regards, Lisa in San Diego
@KarenJonesFoodFamily2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Lisa. Several people have told the hubby over the years he should be on radio. He also has an amazing singing voice. My earlier videos, well, let's say I've learned alot. As far as guests, you will see them from time to time. My family is so important to me and they love to cook and are all great cooks as well. I hope you will continue watching, enjoying, and I hope sharing my videos. Thanks again and welcome to our family. Loves and hugs ❤️

@@KarenJonesFoodFamily I used 5 pint jars… 6-7 cans of sweetened condensed milk. Fill jars up to 1/2 inch from top of jar. Put flats and bands on tightly. Sit in a slow cooker, add water to come up 1” over jars. Add two tablespoons of vinegar to keep the jars from getting milky with a lime build up. Cook on low 7.5 - 8 hours. Turn off , let cool, remove and dry jars. If it’s too thick you can always thin it down with half and half. It’s so good. Hope you try and enjoy. ♥️♥️
