A recent suit in Maryland over a car dealership blocking a woman's car from leaving over unfinished paperwork settled for $100K, and I've seen a few similar payouts and one misdemeanor conviction over businesses blocking cars. One Karen encounter that I’ve had with a Karen was in the fifth grade ( a while ago😂) there was a woman at the crosswalk and the crossing guard was letting us all walk through safely after school but miss Karen over here was running late and screaming so what did she do? I was on a walk with one of my friends and we were sitting on this dock that was for the entire neighborhood and this old lady walked up to us and was like tHaT dOcK iS pRiVaTe PrOpErTy, it had a sign right next to it saying public property though. Then she said “somebody is going to come and chase you off” it weirded us out so we just chose to ignore it. Then this other lady came 15 minutes after walking by and started staring at us.
