Hi Karen. I was looking for a easy tie back. Thank you. Loved listening to your voice while doing the tieback. So more easy to follow.

I was going to sew some ties, but decided to try this. It came out great once I reversed it for left hand. Thanks!

I realize this video was posted a while ago, but I wanted to thank you... I'm new to crochet and have watched a bunch of videos and am still having problems with the chain. Well, not so much the chain as what chain to crochet into once I'm on the first row. This video is the only one I've ever seen that so clearly points out that you can easily go back into the same chain because it makes a hole and entices you. Again, thank you SO much. That actually helps me a lot.

Dear Karen, thank you for sharing this step by step video. I have zero knowledge on crochet and i simply follow your video step by step (watch and pause) and finally did my first crochet. I kind of having some trouble holding the yarn thou and i finally spent 1 hour+ finishing this project! :)

do u know how the ends tie together? I'm a bit confused on that.

You're welcome Linda :) As you're a newbie, I would suggest watching other KZbinrs because their patterns work, unfortunately a lot of sites have free written ones that don't work. Also check whether the pattern is written in English or American, I learned American because it made more logical sense to me. Most of all, have lots of fun with your new skill :)

Thank you sooo much for making this video! Just made one by following your video. Was super, super easy! Just need to do the 2nd one now. I'm a newbie to crocheting. This is my first completed project other than making a potholder. :) Now I only need to buy the hooks :)

Hi Karen. I have never done crochet. But I want to make this. It's very well explained with all the details required for a newbie. I want to know what number of hook are you using. Thanks.

Lovely. Where's your accent from? Sounds Leicestershire?
@karenscrochetchannel50349 жыл бұрын
Laura Filby :) Thank you for asking, I will have to make a video explaining, because it isn't actually an accent belonging to a place !!
@karenscrochetchannel50349 жыл бұрын
Laura Filby I've just put up another video with the next size up of my slipper pattern (4 inch). I have put Rockit in the title to help you find it. At 9.30 minutes I explain my accent and impersonate Rockit from the Fimbles. I hope it helps you see why my accent isn't from a particular place :)

Great video. Very about your accent since u say it’s not from a place. Is this a medical thing?
