Above Azure Oceans Actually you're right - she sat alone at the piano composing 'Time To tell' all by herself didn't she - went back to basics - quite a feat and really felt it. So this was most unfair of me and I am guilty as charged. Sorry Kari - and Kari fans. She is really special.

Irtap BEAUTIFULLY put - it brought a tear to my eye - Oh God - if ONLY I could have got her to sing my songs for me - I still haven't seen her live either (missed her with the SIrens). Will it ever happen now I wonder? Would LOVE to meet her and tell her to her face what I think of her extraordinary talent.

Really? If you can't understand that, then you probably haven't thought much about it. So let me try and explain it to you: People make english lyrics because it's one of the most common and most widely spread language. You get more listeners and people that buy your music that way, than if you're just singing in Norwegian. Norway has a very small population. And most people are not interested in listening to music in a language they don't understand. If I were to follow your logic, maybe I should have written this in Norwegian? But then you wouldn't understand a thing... see how it works? And I know it's not her first language, it's not mine either, but I can speak with less accent than her. It only takes practice. Which is probably something she should do as she is making music in that language.
