My baby is 2 months old n she's barely starting to sleep a good 6 hrs straight lol so yes u will feel so tired that u won't be able to function. Sleep when the baby sleeps n sometimes u won't want to because ull be like no I need to do this or that but trust me rest. At least for the first month take care of ur self don't feel like you have to work u both will be so tired. But the love u will have for ur baby I can't even explain♥ ull love ur baby more than u do now it'll be worth all the sleepless nights.

oh my....my baby boy is 3.5M and i struggled when he was 1.5M-3M sleeping at night.... he would wake up from 11p-4a... it was horrible... i cried with him.... its gotten better recently..... hes almost 4M......i tried to sleep when baby slept n noooope lol i couldnt..... i already had things in my mind to do lol..... it was more harder when hubby went back to work..... but congrats to ur little one

Honestly the “sleepless nights “ are like not for every single parent it just depends on the baby, some babies will sleep all night & others don’t , both my boys slept all night by the 1st month.😄 so don’t sorry guys!

The sleepless nights depends on the baby honestly. The first month It was tiring waking up every 2-3 hours for diaper changes and feeding. Second month my daughter ended up getting colic so it was tiring my twin actually helped me keep my sanity. Colic would start at 9pm and last until 5-6am 4-5 times a week for 3 weeks non stop crying. Once she turned three months her pediatrician said she gained enough weight to not keep her on a feeding schedule at night and my baby started sleeping 10-12 hours at night and still does so we sleep in together. she’s about to be 4 month on Christmas Eve 💕

You will get sleep, maybe not for the first long while but you also have a wonderful support system around you. My 7 and 3 year olds still don’t sleep through the night but we get plenty of sleep on the average day. I completely understand the whole live with your parents thing. Some people don’t seem to understand that you can have such a close relationship with them that living together is actually a dream. Especially when you come from nothing. When you truly care for your parents at some point you start dreaming with your parents like we all wish to have a good home be able to buy a new car instead of buying old used cars. Their hopes and dreams become yours and at some point you gain this parental feeling for them like they are your kids in a sense and you just want to take care of them as best as possible. Hence why she bought the house and brought her parents/siblings along because that was the dream for all of them to be there one day that was the image you had as a kid and now it’s happening. Guys in regards to sleep, coparenting is gonna be the best option! For example Les & Alex, one takes on night duty and the other on morning duty, set up a schedule between the two of y’all where y’all both get rest. That’s became one of the main reasons for fights between new parents!

My grandson is 10 months old and has slept 10 to 12 hours every night since he was about two months old. My daughter and her husband purchased an online program on how to sleep train your baby. It has worked perfectly for them. They are both school teachers and this past year has been crazy for them. They follow this program religiously and it's amazing how well it works.

It’s a blessing to be able to give back to your parents by supporting them. They took care of us growing up, now it’s time to take care of them growing old.
