In this vlog I'm going to introduce you to one of our projects, Autograph. Autograph is a condo development by Pennyfarthing (pennyfarthingho...) and we're completing the sales center with our furniture and accessories install.
I also take you to Karice Lighting (karicelighting.... Karice is our lighting partner that is manufacturing our custom lighting pieces for the French restaurant we're working on.

Gosh Karin, I can't get enough of your vids, your decorating skills, your project tours ... And I have to tell you how much of an amazing boss you are. QUESTION: What happens when a supplier doesn't come through with cabinetry, stone work ... at the last hour? Have any made you push back your deadline? Significantly? QUESTION: Do you hire Design students for the Summers? If you do, are they given any kind of a design project to complete for a client? What do you teach them? QUESTION: Weren't you designing an East Indian restaurant when COVID hit? What happened to that project? QUESTION: Are we going to see the completely furnished/decorated Toronto house?

Karin! I’ve been an OG fan for a while now! I think you’re such an amazing and talented BOSS. One thing though that I kinda miss...I’m not sure how many of your followers are in the ID field, but I am not. I’m actually in law school. But I was drawn to you because heavily weaved into your design content was great inspo from your own experiences on how to be a BOSS. A lot of your lessons could be easily applied to any field or career, which drew me to you even though I’m not in ID. I still love your content but I feel like since you moved to your new location you’ve gotten away from giving us advice and sharing personal lessons you’ve learned along the way. I know you’re super busy and I’m saying this from a place of love because I’m still a huge fan and talk about you to my friends often. But I do miss those “Bohnding” Lessons. lol.
