When you said step sister I thought “maybe she meant half sister 🤔” I agree, they do favor each other a lot. Wow she's beautiful. I would never know she wasn't in her teens. I just turned 43 and people are always asking me what I do to my skin and I always have the same answers. Ive been using the same bottom shelf drug store moisturizer since I was 16. I also use Cetaphil but not the one marketed to use for your face. I use the gentle skin cleanser for sensitive skin. I do not wear makeup often and on the rare special occasion I do its a very light powder. Same with that, its the only one I will use and have used it for like 20 years now. My philosophy for skincare is let it breathe and protect it by keeping it moisturized. Oh and drink water. I also have very sensitive skin. Most of the time I cant even bother trying new expensive products because its no point. I'd rather stick with what I know my skin can tolerate. Anyway, thats my two cents.
