Whatever u said it in this video is exactly true. For better understanding, vipassanna meditation helps. The Buddha practice, is a gem. Video, book will help theoretically but for practical understanding guided meditation is must. It is a logical process of mental purification through self observation. While, observing our self the height of awareness, balanced mind, focus will improves. The boat is rowing too many different directions ultimately going nowhere. Only, peace of mind gives clarity. Body sensation, observing breath, self observation will liberates miseries
