Taro leaves as you required
In a pressure cooker add ½ cup water
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
Close the lid and wait until it gives 2 whistles
In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
3 dried chilies
Add chopped onion
Add crushed ginger and garlic
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin and coriander powder (optional)
Add 1 tsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
Add 1 medium size chopped tomato
Add cooked and blended taro leaves
Add salt as per the taste
Add ½ lime or lemon juice (you can even add tamarind juice)
