If you're looking to not own the whole of the Empire yourself I would recommend the "Vassal the Elector Counts" mod which adds a event to vassalize electors who are at 10 fealty and makes it so doing so unlock the relevant unit. It even has a (WIP) event where allied faction will gift you empire homelands (looking at you Ungrim).

In the lore after the vampire wars Sylvania was somewhat of a hostile backwater that wasn't worth the effort of trying to set up as it's own elector state again so the empire kinda just gave it to Stirland in order to file it away somewhere. Stirland mostly ignores it except to go in heavily armed to force taxes out here and there.

33:20 Yeah Belegar is just areal nuisance in his area. In theory he should be a nice order faction buffer between whatever is going on in the south, athel loren/bretonnia and the empire, but somehow he just doesn't want to be buddies with who you'd expect him to be buddies with.

Settlement trading is nuts in Warhammer 3. I'm doing a Vlad campaign and through settlement trading because I wanted to keep some Electors alive as vassals, and ended up through settlement trading getting two elector counts, Durthu and Ungrim as vassals.

AI should have major factors deciding if they want a territory like distance from capital, if it's their base region, or how much they value your alliance.

Three Kingdoms diplomacy was so much better it's crazy. The engine forks must be so different because the obvious solution would be to have the factions in Warhammer behave similarly when it comes to trade agreements, settlements, alliances etc and yet they haven't so they must not be able to.

Hellblaster Volley Guns are beater than Mortars, at picking nasty units, plus War Wagons could save artillery from ambushes and flankers.

is such a shame the mortars are so useless in TWW3 , they even improved the sound and the explosion on them from TWW2 but somehow managed to make them useless .I refuse to play bretonnia until they update them
