How great to hear Willi in charge of the VPO again, and on KZbin. A great combination in all ways! I have both the CD and the vinyl double set of that 1979 final New Year's concert and what a treasure it is .This final concert was also his 25 years as conductor of the New Year's concerts.

Dies ein Ausschnitt aus dem Film Wien nach Noten mit den Wiener Philharmoniker mit Willi Boskovsky wurde erstmals von DECCA Recordings als Video Kasette VHS veröffentlich später dann von der Deutschen Grammophn als DVD und ungekürzt heraus gebracht ist nur noch bei Amazon erhältlich! Ps. Willi Boskovsky hat die auch die Neu Jahrskonzerte vom 1. Januar 1955 bis 1.Januar 1979 geleitet!

Super dancing and wonderful music. This waltz is much underplayed. What a lot of plain looking women there though, for all their money. Heard this piece for the first time on BBC radio 3 today.

Michaek, cave, This ball isn't a beauty contest. The young ladies are debutantes, the ball attendees have bought tickets, and the orchestra members and ballet dancers are professionals. Besides, on any given day, how many gorgeous people do you see? Most of us (including myself) are NOT gorgeous (though thankfully I find most people reasonably attractive/pretty). The reason gorgeous people turn heads, is because it's not the norm. If it was the norm, they wouldn't turn heads.

Hello; Japanese. I participated in opera Baru of 2012. I was moved very much. I think that I may have really lived. Such a party was the place that people of an upper class went, and, as for me, the normal person thought a while ago unless I could participate. Facts are different. Citizen's thing nanodesune which anyone can participate in if I buy a ticket. In addition, I am to participate in a dance of the next year. OK, I work and earn money.
