Army Reserve officer, Col. Karl Nell, describes the Schumer Amendment and the push for controlled disclosure.
Presented by Nolan Laboratory and the Stanford School of Medicine in November 2023 at Stanford University, the symposium convened an unparalleled meeting of leading voices from academia, government and industry to collectively drive forward a new academic legitimacy to UAP.
The videos encompass the various talks from across the two-day event, addressing the science of UAP, the potential societal impact, and considering the necessary steps to enable responsible sharing of any information held on the topic. Their release reiterates the Foundation’s message of increased transparency and disclosure surrounding UAP information and regulation; a defining theme of the symposium.
About the Sol Foundation: The Sol Foundation is a research institute that funds and guides scientific research. It produces policy and advisory research aimed at addressing the UAP issue and preparing society for its social implications.

At this point the most outstanding and mind boggling thing to me is not that we're surrounded by multiple intelligent beings but the fact that this video doesn't have millions of views. This to me is the real unexplainable mystery

KZbin has algorithms for influencing various parameters depending on the type of content and whether that content is "supposed" to reach people or not. In response to another person commenting here I tried submitting an 800 word response which this platform really did not want to post for me. I ended up with a "gutted" extract of what I had written that was finally successful.

I just want to add. What I love about everyone in the comments below. Is that we've all been on the same journey to dig for more information than what's being shared with us. For the better part of 12 months! We've all had to do extensive research, reading and watching to land on the SOL foundation KZbin channel! We are the first group of people to see these incredible events take place. We all share something quite unique. In the form of curiosity, intellect and a high level inquisitive nature! Nice to meet some of you at the beginning of this marathon 🙂

Yes but just don't provide any evidence. We don't really need it here. We prefer for the faithful to actually have faith and presenting any proof of anything (like real whistleblowers do) would just make it too easy. Compare real whistleblowers like the pentagon papers with this guy. Imagine if the pentagon papers was someone just saying "believe me the rich were doing really shady things!" and provided no evidence. This is the level of evidence that the UFO community accepts because it is largely a religion.

@@neems_crassidy Well, no offense taken, but actually I have been paying attention since May last year. I've even been involved in trying to push it through various means, but many people (who do NOT live in the UFO world) haven't heard of it before. So it just needs as much attention as possible. Anyway, I'm glad it's OUT now.... I was mainly talking about this video, I didn't see until later that all the SOL videos are out too! So thanks for that... I've been watching Mike Turner etc. closely. I even wrote Joe Khalil (NewsNation) to better interview Turner on this between the halls of Congress. He responded and shortly thereafter gave us a brief and the SINGLE interview on this with Mike Turner. I am also aware that Chuck Schumer himself along with others then took the eminent domain clause and review board stuff out of the NDAA because rumors were circulating that it wouldn't pass as is because of Mike Turner's influence, etc. What's still a little unclear to me, maybe you can help me out here, is how this could have been suppressed in the first place? I always thought that all 400+ members of the House of Representatives had to vote on a bill to pass it. How in the world did Mike Rodgers and Mike Turner have so much influence over every one of them, Democrat and Republican? I mean, we had Mike Gallagher on the House Intelligence Committee, etc.... Would they all have been threatened NOT to vote for it!!! How could Turner even implement this? Aren't members free to vote how they want (no matter what they want)?

The issue shouldn’t be a choice between trust and mistrust. Kirkpatrick was part of a very big and powerful mechanism the likes of which most people don’t have an understanding of. You should remain open and skeptical. Kirkpatrick’s part in this was very much the same as Hynek in the early years of Blue Book. The mandate was then and remains now: settle people down. Down play. The real questions one should be asking themselves then is why does the arguably largest holder of the monopoly on violence on the planet want you to calm down and pay no attention to this issue? They don’t know what it is / can’t control it. It’s greater than them. That should be enough to start to put one in a position of greater understanding of the magnitude of this reality.

@@mch1n118 They don’t know what it is / can’t control it. It’s greater than them." The only accurate point here is that it is greater than them. Feeding into the narrative that they [not necessarily this lot but possibly some other "them"] don't know what this is and can't control it is foolish based on the accumulated evidence that points towards a quite complex understanding that goes back even decades. Of course, we are talking about UCSAR&D or Unacknowledged Covert Science Acquisition, Research and Development so they WANT YOU TO THINK THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS AND "PROGRESS HAS BEEN AGONIZINGLY SLOW WITH LITTLE OR NO SUCCESS". It's the same bigoted, carved-out/waived crap that contractors use to make proprietary technologies derived from something that IS NOT THEIRS, only this time we are taking about the ontological discoveries which are far more consequential than an ultimate weapon which is what is being pushed as the main narrative for the cover-up. The trillions of dollars and lack of oversight are calling and now damage control can only mean a focus and exploitation of abstract and fossilized "UAP" to the detriment of what Ben Rich was already saying in the nineties, shortly before he [consequentially or not] passed away: "We now have the technology to take ET home"; "We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity"; "...we have things out in the desert that are fifty (50) years beyond what you could possibly comprehend. If you have seen it on Star Wars or Star Trek, we’ve been there done that, or decided it was not worth the effort”. Antigravity has been achieved since most probably the seventies, either through the manipulation/exploitation of quantum vacuum zero point fluctuations or through some rather "conventional" albeit very little known relativistic electromagnetic/dielectric interactions, through CR missions by a famous three letter agency and subsequent RE by various contractors. The science community not only has to accept this as a fact, but also the current [real] talk about time-travel, complex nature of NHI as both an interdimensional and extraterrestrial phenomenon, multiple NHI races with their associated peculiarities, free energy generation, exchange of intelligence between human entities and NHI and its associated ramifications, interdimensional travel, etc. DO NOT BUY INTO THE NATIONAL SECURITY AND POTENTIAL THREAT scenario, this is a tool of controlled disclosure and can only be useful insofar as it gets traction within congress and therefore some kind of transparency. It will outlive its usefulness quickly but there are those who would still use it to keep fear into the narrative. NHI is neutral/peaceful and offensive action has only been shown in self defense when said craft were first fired upon by military personnel, in which there are accounts of the firing craft being disintegrated. A relatively small percentage of abductions are real but there is evidence to suggest that that this too has been done with approval by some entity influential enough to provide such permissions [eg. "exchange of intelligence between human entities and NHI and its associated ramifications"]. There are accounts of offensive and unprovoked action, however most if not all of these have been done by man-made craft possessing NHI-like technical capabilities, including some cattle mutilations by yours truly famous three lettered agency. NHI has been interested greatly in our nuclear capabilities because of the many known or unknown [unacknowledged] reactions involved in the nuclear fission that seem to damage at least some of the dimensions that these beings inhabit, as well as our own. Back in 1947 our war like tendencies had just lighted a beacon for NHI to see, with the Manhattan project, so one could easily conclude that this became an issue. Mostly everything follows from those events. This is also why most sightings have been occurring since 1947, together with a general willingness on the part of NHI to disclose itself whenever humanity reached a proper developmental stage, which seems to have coincided with nuclear advances among other things. An informal analysis of the phenomenon is enough to conclude and broadly state that NHI/NHI associated phenomenon has the capability to destroy or render useless our global infrastructure within a matter of hours and the very fact that this has not already happened should attest to the fact that this is not a threat. Further analysis on the different NHI races and their features would be very pertinent towards a clear conclusion in this case, but we are again getting into USAP territory.

The disconnection between this thoughtful, expansive analysis of how best to address a problem of epic proportions on the one hand (by someone with unimpeachable credentials who worked with the government task force charged with making these kinds of assessments), and a giggly dismissal by so many in power, in the media, in the scientific community, and in the general public on the other hand, is just stunning. What explanation for Nell’s position and behavior, as well as for the people and behaviors he references, makes more sense than the possibility that it’s all true? Presentations like this, combined with testimony under oath in Congress, etc., officially tip denial into the domain of conspiracy theory. While we don’t have clarity about what “the truth” actually looks like, I’m grateful so many serious people are trying to think through, and speak publicly about, the best way to make progress on this challenging subject.

There are a lot of lies in the UFO field, but the truth can be established using special open source exploration techniques (TEXT MINING). I am not mistaken. I know for sure. After studying all the materials about UFOs, it becomes quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States to develop and manufacture aircraft, where lift is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' vibrating orthotopter umbrella "Sky Car", then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric motors or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to air ionization), and now these are planes with plasma propulsion panels (therefore they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are tightly packed into motor panels - they emit plasma streams (the architecture of the railgun is coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the chamber of the railgun by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in a panel and synchronously firing plasma at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER project (A ring with magnetic acceleration for obtaining ultrahigh directed energy and radiation). My article "UFOs made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunting" and "UFO Eradication" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail due to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s and 60s-70-80- x's for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the collapse of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, a speechwriter for Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the Flying Saucer project). The curtailment of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, remained, and there was no civilian use, since the technology was not suitable for this - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma engines (harm to pilots and effects on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots would not receive a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where glades were laid for seismic exploration - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with shimmering round plasma panels on the hull surface will appear in the Arctic sky.💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤

Twenty Five Years ! This is the knowledge owned by the taxpayers. We payed for it, we are in the "Need to Know" classification. If you don't release this information post haste then we want our money back from Federal taxes. Keeping advanced tech under a few non elected cronies is unacceptable.

😎😎😎😎😎😎😎 After studying all the materials about UFOs, it becomes quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States for the development and production of aircraft, where the lifting force is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER (Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation) project. My article "UFOs are made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunt" and "UFO Elimination" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail thanks to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s-60s-70s-80s for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the fall of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, speechwriter Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the "flying saucer" project). The winding down of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, was maintained and there was no civilian use because the technology was not suitable for it - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma thrusters (harm to pilots and impact on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots do not get a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where clearings for seismic exploration were laid - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with flickering round plasma panels on the surface of the hull will appear in the Arctic sky.🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

While this comes across as an academic and content-heavy presentation short on demonstrative grandeur, I have watched over and over. This has to be the most amazing presentation I have ever seen. If someone studies the resume of Col. Nell and listens carefully to what he says and includes on slides, it is just amazing.

The laymen could watch this multiple times and still pick up on subtle notes. There's so much in here to understand, and I'm glad to say that understand it because I've spent the last 8 years studying this subject in depth, and watching, attentively, what is unfolding with the disclosure movement. It will be difficult for the uninitiated to know where to start on this subject, but The Sol Foundation is clearly a great datum point!

That's it. Right..too many are still taking the whole topic as a kind of entertainment, which it is not! So as long as you do not show any "fancy objects" you're out of the attention.. I think this society and that is a phenomenon worldwide, has ADS (attention deficit syndrome) for too many topics...that's what is also favouring the non-disclosure and that is known by those in the deep st. and other profeteers! Therefore a planned and coordinated disclosure will not happen!

Essentially disclosure to the government means to maintain control. Which seems undemocratic and lacking of any true reason or value. Any sudden full disclosure wouldn't cause a mass panic, society wouldn't collapse and the adversaries wouldn't get ahead in any way either...they probably see, find and know the same stuff. If anything peoples trust would grow in the elected leaders, thousands of people would "heal" from being considered insane so on. But probably many people would lose their jobs for withholding information or tech, manipulating access to information, and for creating disinformation campaign. So controlled disclosure is not at all about protecting the public, "from themselves" should that mean whatever, but protecting the lives, status, interest and status quo of the current system. All the other reasons sound gibberish.

Considering one specific Presidential candidate option, I fear that giving the ultimate decision on disclosure will be limited to political liability, corruption influence, or personal financial gain. I have no confidence that the right decision will be made for the right reason.

@@docastrov9013 yeah, this is a humanity problem and not a single country problem but I feel like every country has their own piece. But because the US leads in a lot of different ways. them coming out with the truth will influence a lot of other stuff in other countries. But I’m questioning if Joe Biden will be the one to do it. it’s probably gonna be some other president because I feel like there’s a time crunch.

Think about how quickly we've moved in the terms of technology.. 20 years ago we barely had cellphones, now we have virtual eyeglasses where you can see your whole office in an alternative reality while going about your daily duties.. 100 years ago we had cars that could move, stop, or turn. We've produced medical devices that are literally "out of this world" which are saving lives today like it's nothing.. This is only over 100 years time.. This is why I loved Dr Greers documentary called "the lost century and how to reclaim it".. We've been kept in the dark for far to long. It's an actual crime against humanity
