I bought the juggernaut box from them and let me tell you, it was absolute garbage. Supposed to be a value but I swear I got three boxes of worth of junk I normally get from the Walmart boxes. Haven't touched any of their products since! Save your money and don't waste it on MTB.

That's one box that I haven't tried, and it sounds like I shouldn't! MTB had been so hit or miss, and gotten more miss since Catch Co was sold, that I had to cancel it. But too be honest, I haven't found a subscription box that I've been completely satisfied with.

the biospawn plastic was cool i really like them and as for the box the headbanger lizard was definitely interesting enough to make it worth it!

That Headbanger Lizard was definitely interesting! But I could definitely see it working! I think BioSpawn is one of my favorite Catch Co house brands! I've liked pretty much all of their soft plastics.

Thanks! There's definitely a lot of stuff that I wouldn't use in the fee box, but I feel like their claimed value may be close to what's actually in the box.

I’ve made one order through shop Karls ever and it was fine got some Googan baits on sale. I had a six month mystery tacklebox gifted to me years ago and something like 4 out of the 6 boxes were incorrect. One was missing the best lure it was pretty disappointing I wouldn’t ever get it again

That’s crazy! I’ve never had any issues with any of my MTBs, and I’ve gotten them off and on for a few years. I have had issues with orders from Karl’s, but they fixed them for me with no issues.

Looking for your opinion on something that I've been trying for years to understand or get a decent explanation. You and I can negotiate a car price, can go on line and find discounted prices for kitchen appliances, furniture and about everything else! However when it comes to rods and reels unless you're a veteran or first responder it is almost impossible to get a discount. DK how many anglers realize that a $300 reel in a local store or a big box store has close to a 100% markup.

I haven’t had a ton of luck on getting sale prices in stores, with a few clearance reels and combos. I guess it’s one of those things that they know there aren’t many in store options, especially on higher end reels. I have seen where Karl’s Bait and Tackle, Tackle Warehouse, and Omini Fishing do sales on rods and reels. I’m on the pro staff team for @sixgillfishing, and they’re currently running sales on some of their stuff. Some of the rods are buy one get one free, and some reels are as much as 50% off.

Thanks for watching! I like some of their in house baits, but not all of them. I don't see how they'll stay afloat if they do get to the point they only sell in house stuff.
