So I learned that when you get back massages it’s completely normal to feel a little bit of ache on your back! I get back massages all the time and yes I do feel some ache in 2 days but then all of the pain just goes away!

Your mom probably gave u a really good massage. I have an old knee injury from dirt biking and there are days It swells and aches so I sometimes go to a sobadora mexicana. The injury hurts more during the massage and the massage makes u realize how big the injury actually is. I almost feel instant relief after but the pain doesn't go away completely till days later.

learning to be independent in a Hispanic household can definitely be a struggle sometimes haha😭 but you have to push yourself to do things on your own even if that’s cooking for yourself or doing errands on your own!!
