@@StalwartTirith it's the main point of their events, Karma's platoon, "KOG Platoon", receive only one life, meanwhile the OpFor can receive 3 respawns and up to unlimited. it's to balance out the technological edge that BluFor has, with nods, lasers, radios, fire support, artillery, Willie Pete, etc. the Vietcong, or in other events, Afghani insurgents, only have technicals and AKs, most times without optics, so they don't have much technology. their RPGs can certainly be a threat though, but once again, such is the brutality of war and just dumb luck if a random bullet has your name on it. Karma's community attempts to replicate the realistic nature of such operations by putting on these restrictions for each side.

@@StalwartTirith i get that, for me it's perfect, and it adds a layer of challenging to everything, it's PvP. the enemy team have more people, but you have optics, sights, lasers, nods and radios, each side is powerful in it's own way, and it forces you to value your current life. plan your actions, it causes you to fear each bullet that flys, instead of Rambo guns a' blazing.

This epitomizes so much of what went on in Vietnam. 🤨 Hundreds of people dying and millions of dollars spent for control of a hill that used to have a 'ville, in the middle of effin' nowhere, and for what? 🙄 Best of all, the Five O'clock Follies would call it a "significant engagement" and promptly double the number of estimated casualties inflicted on the NVA Regular forces who conducted the assault. Do they have RTO's in this game? Your RTO should be glued to your hip for calling in firing missions. I would LOVE to see the inclusion of the Iowa class battleship mod, the New Jersey did make a deployment to Vietnam and most of the country was in range of her guns. It would be AWESOME to see 16 inch shells in the artillery support role.

They have RTOs but it’s kit dependent, if you get the right pack but wrong vest then it won’t work and vice versa.

Can you add more VC and can the AI control them in a more unit cohesive way? To attempt an attack like that they would need to outnumber you at least 3-1 at a minimum. Can you give them weapons like RPG's and light machine guns or even crew serve weapons to support the attack and give them some AA capability?

You need the operation prairie dog dlc and these are online coordinated battles usually ai vs player with a single player coordinating where the enemies attack from and when certain events happen

You micromanage the F out of your people. Thank god this wasn't real combat. You should ideally assign your platoons a sector and the platoon leaders will assign squads where to protect within the sector. Your need to let your platoon leaders lead their squads, not you. If you see something amiss you talk to the platoon leader. You're entire job is to support your platoon leaders by providing medics, artillery, ammunition, and deploying relief soldiers to platoons where needed. All this "you move here, you move there" is not how real combat works. It's no wonder you had so many casualties including yourself.
