The point around 1:16 where they shared the example of the ducks. At first I misunderstood and thought they were saying this was a vajrayana practice!!! I was about to say “enough is enough” of crazy wisdom and quit altogether. I then realized that I had misheard, and was extremely relieved. The pain I felt imagining those ducks was so unbearable and caused much pain and tears. I cannot believe this can happen. I also feel extremely sad for those people who practice this.
