A few brief legal remarks.The criminal judicial process does not go chaotically, in all directions because its meaning is given by the law and the qualities of the victim or criminal parties. The criminal process initiated by the victim against the criminals always and exclusively goes against them and never the other way around. Judgment does not take into account one's whims. That's why the phrase: They, the criminals, adversaries in the trial wanted you to be investigated, is completely wrong legally. The victim can never be investigated because the procedural law does not allow it. Only criminals are investigated and their criminal acts causing damage. Hypothetically, in order to be investigated the victim would have to commit crimes, the mandatory legal condition, but this is not the case. Even in this hypothesis in which a presumptive quality of criminal would be attributed to him by committing something illegal, this would be a completely different file, another cause, which is only at the level of fantasy and pure speculation. The law is not based on speculations, nor on what criminals would like, but on criminal acts already committed and consummated and not on non-existent, uncertain or future acts of someone.1. The victim of crimes cannot be put in jail because he is protected by law and he did not commit the crimes. Only criminals can be put in prison according to the law. 2. The victim in the situation in which he is persecuted, abused and tortured by the authorities and criminals, as in my case, has the right by international law to make public all the crimes and abuses he is subjected to.3.The victim cannot be investigated against the law because the victim did not commit the crime. According to the procedural law, it is not the victim who is investigated, but only the CRIMINALS and their criminal acts.According to the law, the VICTIM reports crimes committed against him, participates in hearings when he is sued and presents evidence to incriminate the Criminals but also evidence regarding the damages committed by them in order to be forced to repair them. Judgment is made only on 3 elements: 1. LAW, 2. FACTS (Crimes) and 3. EVIDENCE. Not on assumptions, not on gossip, etc. Lawsuits opened by the victim against the criminals do not legally allow the change of their procedural quality of the litigants who are the same throughout the trial: VICTIM against CRIMINALS. If the victim were to commit crimes, those would anyway be the subject of another file in which the victim would have a different procedural status, etc. But these are just assumptions, not facts. Judgment is made on realities, not on processes of intentions, on what is not or could be. The judgment is made strictly on the facts in the file.Don't forget, legally there is no concept of guilty victim, only that of guilty criminals. Guilt applies legally only to criminals. The guilty verdict is given only for criminals and for the victim his lawsuits and court cases are declared ADMITTED or rejected. That's it.When you go to court as a victim, you automatically receive the procedural status of victim. So, logically, you cannot be a victim and a criminal at the same time and in the same case, to have investigated. Therefore, legally and logically, the verb to investigate refers only to the procedural party that has the capacity of criminal and not to the victim. For the victim, the verb to investigate is not legally used, but the verb to present, show, be heard, so the victim presents the facts and evidence regarding the crimes committed against him. One never investigates the passive part, who suffers from crimes, the victim, but only the active part, criminals who have committed crimes.Also from the logical perspective of correct thinking but also of the law, the question arises: Why investigate the victim, what would be the use of such a thing? At nothing. Because the object of the criminal or civil process is 1. finding out the truth about crimes and illegal acts committed by criminals (not by the victim) 2. restoring justice and fairness through the judicial process. 3. sentencing guilty criminals and 4. reparation of damages, losses and frauds caused by criminals as material damages and moral damages with the obligation to be paid by them to the victim. To investigate refers to finding out or researching by the authorities what is not yet known for sure about criminals and their crimes, not about the victim.Suppose, for example, that Amanda stabs Peter with a sharp tortious object and inflicts blows causing death by grievous bodily harm. Obviously in the case of such a crime, it is not Peter, the victim, who will be investigated, but Amanda and her actions that led to Peter being stabbed with a knife of hers. So the verb to investigate only refers to criminals and their deeds. Peter's wounds will be examined medically, which is different from a legal point of view, possibly it can be called a medical examination by medico-legal expertise.
