Some script writer somewhere twisted the Mahabharata to say that draupadi laughed at duryodhana. 2 generations actually believed this to be true. Only because we have social media now and ami and this sir are telling that draupadi never laughed, we know it was never there in the original Mahabharata. In this way, fictionalising books and giving them creative freedom will propagate false narratives and make people laugh at their own religion or go away from it without even knowing the truth. It's a very dangerous thing to do. If these many versions exist, know one will know the true version after a certain point of time.

KARNA WAS A GOOD MAN, IN ORIGINAL MAHABHARATHA - This o.o is the whole point of his character arc, how a good man, supports Adharma & meets his end. Karna does not knowinglt shoot snake arrow. The snake sat on the arrow without Karna knowing, as the snake had a vendata against Arjun. When it missed, first time, it went back to Karna to ask his permission this time, but Karna said no. He wants to win by himself.

The problem is people want to see things in black and white. The world doesn't work like that. These so called experts clearly know that karn is that grey character in mahabharatha whom people have interpreted and perceived differently. He is the most humane character in mahabharatha unlike all the unreal characters. He is a good man who had committed some unforgivable deeds and sins out of hate, jealousy, anger and pride. That's us. That's a human. Imperfect and forever improving. The guy before the war knew that he was in the wrong and his ultimate fate is fatality handed to him by his arch rival. He accepts all these infront of vasudev. There is a long ass intimate conversation between karn and vasdev before the war where he is vulnerable. He reveals himself there and you can clearly see the good in him. Even vasudev calls him "narashrestha"-the best among men and offers him the throne saying that he is equally capable to yudhistir if not more and deserves it as a seniormost kountaya. The guy outright rejects it. These people won't mention these interactions. They just want bash a beloved character, create controvesry and benefit from it.

No one is a hero or a villain in Mahabharat. All characters of Mahabharat were simply puppets in Lord Krishna's hands. *Dharm/Adharm (or) Hero/Villain was just the lame reason to wage the greatest Kurukshetra war.* Lord Krishna's avatar main motive was to wipe out all the destructive celestial weapons and save the mother earth in Dwaparyug. Lord Krishna's motive was fulfilled through the war where all the great warriors were gathered and all got killed. At last after the war, Lord Krishna made sure that no one (Including Arjun, Yadavas and Aswattama) possessed those celestial weapons which could destroy an entire Earth.

WRONG. Most people DO NOT know the essence of Mahabharat. One of the greatest yogis of India to spread Yoga in the West, Paramhansa Yogananda mentions in his "Autobiography of a Yogi" how he received this knowledge of Mahabharat directly from its author Vyasa. Yogananda later wrote several volumes on Mahabharat in which he clarifies that even though there was a historical event called Mahabharat, it is an allegory. WHAT IS THIS ALLEGORY? Here it goes, in my own words: Vyasa used the historical event "Mahabharat" to cloak the essence of Yoga, and how that Yoga can be used to fight each spiritual aspirant's inner spiritual battle. For example, Kurukshetra is our own body, where a constant battle between our virtuous traits (Pandavas) and vicious traits (Kauravas) takes place within. Yogananda explains that each character in Mahabharat stands for a psycho-spiritual trait. For example, Bhishma stands for Ego, Dhuryodhana stands for Material Desire, Dushasana stands for Material Attachment, Dronacharya stands for Habit, Sri Krishna stands for the Soul whose seat is located at the Ajna Chakra, Pandavas stand for 5 lower chakras, Nakula for Muladhara chakra, Sahadev for Swadisthana chakra, Arjun for Manipur chakra, Bhima for Anahat chakra, and Yudhisthar for Vishuddha chakra, Draupadi for Kundalini Energy, etc. Draupadi or Kundalini rises and unites with all the five chakras (hence the reference to polyandry) before it merges into Ajna Chakra (or the Soul). Why was Bhishma not able to be killed? Because Ego can never be killed, it needs to surrender itself at the feet of the Soul. In Gita Press Hindi mahabharat , at first it was written none of the prince could shot the target, but later it was talking that Karn took up the bow and Draupadi was saying , I will not marry him and so on. Karn was engulfed in jealousy. He was an opportunist. His only intention of being with Duryodhan was to stand against Arjun (indeed the greatest archer), defeat him and earn the title of being the best archer of all times. He was infected with an inferiority complex and always thought of overcoming it by defeating someone greater in prowess. He was not a warrior, he was definitely not brave.

In Virat Yuddh, Arjuna (while being a half-man as Brihannala, due to Urvashi's curse) single handedly defeated entire kuru warriors (along with their army) all alone. It's because Karna had Kavach kundal for his protection from death since birth. And Bhishma had a boon that he cannot die without his own wish. And Dronacharya being a guru of Arjun, he won't kill him. And Ashwatthama had a stone on his forehead, thus made him kinda immortal. And Kripacharya also 'Chiranjeevi'. And also Duryodhan's Kavach given by Dronacharya which were as effective as Karna's Kavach, so Duryodhan won't die either. Only Arjuna was without any boon or protection- PURE TALENT.

In Mahabharat, Bhisma, Drona, Karna, Krupa, Ashwathama, Abhimanyu etc were all great archers but they never had to fight against each other to prove supremacy. Its only Arjuna who fought and defeated these great warriors (except abhimanyu) couple of times. Thats why Arjuna is called the Greatest archer and hero in Mahabharatha.. being a soulmate of Lord Krishna, Arjuna would definetely have the support of Vasudev at all times..

Who had a better life, Arjun or Pandavas vs Karna or Kauravas? In all 107 cousin brothers viz. 5 Pandavas, 💯 Kauravas, Karna and Yuyutsu; Duryodhana had best luxurious life, followed by rest 99 brothers and Yuyutsu. In all 6 sons of Devi Kunti, Karna lived best luxurious lifestyle, whole life in grand city 🌆 Hastinapur 🏙️ in home 🏠 of rich and reputed father AdhiRath. In all 5 Pandavas, Arjun 🏹 led most hard life, lived 12+ years more in forest, done more penance and fought more wars. Karna's father AdhiRath was friend of King Dhritarashtra and Karna was friend of Duryodhana since his childhood. As Karna was 10+ years older than Duryodhana, so he used to visit regularly Duryodhana and impressed him a lot since childhood. Devi Kunti and his 5 sons, later returned to HastinaPur. He never did any penance to any God except Lord Surya (of whom he did pooja - Not Tapasya), who was his father. He never went begging. He made digvijay yatra. He died in a big battle. Though he was marked as Suta he became a KING. Very fortunate fellow. Whereas Pandavas who were the rightful owners of a big empire became beggars. They had to fight at every stage of their lives, they were raised and lived most of their life in forests or exile.

I know I don't have much knowledge about the entirity of the Mahabharat, but Shri Krishna was not an avatar of Lord Vishnu. He was Lord Vishnu himself. He was not just a manav. As sir said, he accepts the shraap because he wanted people to understand that even if he is the Lord Vishnu, he shouldn't be out of the karma cycle. Take for example, there are many parts in Ramayana, where Shri Ram doesn't know the outcome, however Shri Krishna knew each and every bit of what is going to happen. In fact, there are several mentions that nothing happens without his wish. Our mythology explains 10 avatars - Matsya; Kurma; Varaha; Narasimha; Vamana; Parashurama; Rama; Balarama; Buddha; and Kalki. None of the avatars have this power of knowing the consequences and control the sequence of events.
