Karnataka Style SOUTH INDIAN THALI | Udupi Food - MTR

I visited UDUPI last month and ended up exploring a lot of authentic Udupi cuisine, as its popularly known. One place that I visited while I was there is MTR or Mavalli Tiffin Rooms. This is famous in the Bangalore food scene as a place for good quality authentic South Indian Food. They have branches not just in Bengaluru, but also Udupi, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai. Udupi is known for its sattvic food - no onion and no garlic food recipes but not all restaurants in Udupi serve that kind of food.
MTR Udupi is famous for good food and when in Udupi you must visit this place to try out their authentic thali. This is an unlimited thali for just Rs250 and is honestly such a good fulfilling Indian meal. All the dished included in the thali are given below:

Hi Shweta! Kosambari is d other way round u said! 😄 Its soaked moong dal with chopped cucumber & coriander, grated fresh coconut and tempering of mustard seeds! Anyways welcome to Karnataka!
