Love it, love the song....I love it when artists leave it up to the listener to interpret a song how they want, even what words he's singing. We'll sit here all day and argue about what we think he's saying or meaning, while he sits back and basks in the attention (typical singer ego lol). Also, why try to compare artists at all ? It's all about personal taste. We like music for different reasons, but that's our OWN reason, so don't worry about other people comparing bands they love or hate.

@Eclipseanation i reckon it's "lucid ophthalmology" and "cruel-witted mind" and "of like mind". i tried looking up lyrics too and "loosing a theology" doesn't make sense to me. "lucid ophthalmology" being to see things clearer. come to think of it now it might be cruel, witted instead of cruel-witted but you're right it does sound he's singing "mime" I think it's "of like mind" because he asks "are you with me?" like are we on the same page etc. i dunno though :S hope that helps :)!

As far as i know they use and unusual split B/E tuning, with the bottom 3 strings being in drop B and the top 3 in standard E. So " B F# B G B E "
