Can’t believe y’all got Karo on here. Man this guy is underrated and a legend in my eyes. If it wasn’t for the painkiller addiction and injuries, he would’ve been an all time great. Still a pioneer OG of MMA. Only guy I know who really utilized his Judo skills in every fight. Guaranteed to see at least two throws and trips. It was always a pleasure to watch his grappling prowess and high amplitude throws. Thx 4 this. Jaxxon podcast is the shit

Guys walking around his weight and body fat today are cutting to lightweight or featherweight. Jeez ur thinking too much about it trying to be right. You know, there's alot of MMA podcasts out there and I always knew Rampage would be great at things like this. But the extent to which how good this podcast is, I didn't see coming. It is legit, the best MMA podcast out there, interviewing real OGs, up and coming, current, etc... the stories, the convos,... Rampage and Bear are so good together gaddamn.

Ahhh shxt, this is going to be a good one. Karos judo was next level back in the day. I hope hes sorted out his demons. i believe he was heavy into drinking / using pain killers. Id like to see more of these vets training the next generation. It'd keep them active and away from using.. I'm glad you had him on, havent heard from him in a while.
