Karpati su odavno poznata slastica koju zaista svako može napraviti. Toliko je jednostavan kolač a izdašan te ga toplo preporučujem ljubiteljima dobre kreme.
Za voće je bitno napomenuti da osim kompota možete koristiti i smrznuto voće bez prethodnog odmrzavanja.
Koru pečete u plehu od rerne, veličina kore je otprilike 30x30 cm.
Kora se peče 20 minuta na 220 stepeni svaka.
Sastojci:
Tijesto:
- 200 ml vode
- 125 gr margarina
- 200 gr brašna
- 5 jaja
- prstohvat soli
Krema:
- 3 pudinga od vanilije
- 1 l mlijeka
- 200 gr šećera
- 200 gr maslaca
Još je potrebno:
- 1/2 l slatkog vrhnja
- kompot od višnje ocijeđen
- mljeveni šećer za posipanje

You bake the crust in an oven tray, the size of the crust is approximately 30x30 cm.
The crust is baked for 20 minutes at 220 degrees each.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 200 ml of water
- 125 g of margarine
- 200 grams of flour
- 5 eggs
- a pinch of salt
Cream:
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 1 liter of milk
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of butter
You still need:
- 1/2 l of sweet cream
- drained cherry compote
- ground sugar for sprinkling
