To not dismiss her as a victim in this case or the statements she has made, I will say this. For a person who has become a brand for herself and to also be a public speaker to thousands of men a year, it would make more sense for her to have an assistant to screen all contact with associates that she chooses to meet with, in order to avoid a scenario where her claims can be turned against her. After reading the Tucker statement, there are some claims, IF TRUE, that could turn this into a view of consensual, based on the number of direct calls the two parties made. It does not justify him performing lewd acts over the phone, but again, if all business related communications had to go through an assistant, it likely would not have gotten to this point.
