Hey Kelvin! If your rear tire isn't lifting in the turn, Lean your body weight to the outside to pull the inside up. That tire staying on the ground is killing your momentum.

That wasn’t the issue for us. It was just kart placement. Some laps he would nail I others he would just turn in under the rubber and kill momentum out of it.
