Great comparison Lyubo! I still give the edge to the OL for me.. it’s always an easy BBS shave and with the Bison I actually need to do more buffing…. A great example of how we are all very different. Have a great weekend brother!

Yeah, I was expecting exactly the same before this shave. I was thinking about it after editing the video.... seems that the Overlander's performance is more dependent on the blade choice.

Excellent comparison my friend! I'm surprised the bison had the slight advantage. Aesthetic wise I was leaning towards the overlander. Great video my friend!

Thank you my friend! Yeah, I think it's the blade that flipped the result. As I mentioned the differences are in the nitpicky territory, they are pretty much even. I believe that if I was using Nacet, the Overlander was going to perform better.

I’ve got a Bison on the way but the Overlander in Brass is my G.O.A.T. Razor. Brass is heavier than SS, has excellent heat retention, & has anti microbial properties. Wonderful razor!

Great head-to-head, Lyubo! Excellent points about the shape of the Bison top cap, something I had not heard about previously. I have always been interested in how different metals, and the associated mass and thermal properties, affect the shave. Curious, but not curious enough to throw dollars at it!!

Great comparison and you’re 100% correct, we’re all different so we will all have our own experiences with wet shave gear. I’m thinking of getting the Overlander SS, I hear it’s phenomenal!
