A couple of things to point out here: Throughout the song, there is an organ playing which is usually used when there is something related to horror (such as killing), funerals, and marriage At 0:01, you can hear a shaky breath, which implies the wife is stressed At 1:17, you can hear stabbing noises, so considering the wife is probably singing, she’s probably stabbing his husband At 2:55, you still hear stabbing noises despite the fact all hearts ran out, so she probably realized that killing him was a mistake, and she’s rocking him to wake him up, despite the fact his lives ran out. 3:16 sounds like there is blood pouring out of the corpse. 3:26 has a grimbell noise that implies that he died.
