Now the Kashmir is union state which means they will have less democracy than other states.. they will always be controlled by central government which is some kind of dictatorship like in NORTH KOREA. And main thing the government don’t have support of local people before applying law which means there can be bigger issue in this region once the limit reaches. And this is directly border with Pakistan and I don’t think India should loose the support of local people before applying. And let me tell you article 370 was the only point that says JK is the part of INDIA. Now they removed the article which means JK is independent country. If this case goes in UN , India may have to back off from JK. Do some research bruh
