How difficult is this trek? I just suffered from Covid. Still, there is a month for my planned trek. Can I give it a shot?

I really don't know your condition, you'd be better to ask your doctor. But this is considered a high altitude trek so even the fittest athletes can suffer AMS. Also as a part of a fitness test, you should be able to run 5 km in under 35 min.

How did you make the animated video on Google earth ?

You'll need GPS track and Google Earth app for PC. It was a long time ago I've forgotten how I did them. Try Google search for map animation with Google Earth. Good luck.

You mean Covid-19 lockdown right? We were lucky to have gotten out from Srinagar a few days before military lockdown last year. Beautiful area, love to visit again soon. I went with a company called Indiahikes though. You can check them out, there are other treks as well.

How is the organizing skill n performance of the tour operator? In term of safety n hiking routes. Thanks

@@taykimhock4587 They were professional IMO. Daily heart rate and Oximeter measurements before and during the trek. However, you are expected to bring your own first-aid kit. Any injuries during the trek that need hospitalization, no rescue available. They can spare you a guide and a pony to accompany you back to the nearest town.
