J&K की Statehood की मांग करने के आगे, सरकार अपने स्टेट को, सिर्फ अपने राज्य से प्राप्त revenue के आधार पर, सभी भारतीय नागरिको को, बिना तुष्टीकरण की राजनीति के, स्वच्छ भाव से, चलाने की औकात और सामर्थ्य होने चाहिए। केंद्र सरकार तो सिर्फ अपने Central projects के लिए अवश्य जिम्मेदार रहेगी, बशर्ते कि राज्य सरकारें, केंद्र के साथ अच्छे रिश्ते और तालमेल बनाए रखने चाहिए।
