It is known to prevent heartburn and bloating because of the cardamom and baking soda content. It is also known to reduce stress and anxiety as it contains L-theanine, an amino acid component. Do visit kashmir once and have some sips. You definitely gonna Like noon chai❤

A Common Person takes at least 3 Cups Of noon chai In Breakfast. And 2 cups at Time of Dusk 😄 Elder persons are habitual of taking 8 Cups of Tea in a single go😂.

First we'll take ICE cold water (3 cups) add 1 inch cinammon stick, 1 star anise and 5-6 green cardamoms add 3 tablespoons of kashmiri tea leaves and put it on the stove. When the water starts boiling add half a teaspoon of baking soda/bicarbonate soda Add a little bit of salt (he adds half a teaspoon) and continuously aerate the tea (see 1:26 - 1:32) once there's only one cup of water left in the pot add two cups of ice cold water and repeat the process (continuously aerating the tea) until the mixture boils and 1 cup remains and Add three cups of ice cold water and boil until there is two cups of the liquid left. Take the tea and pour it in an airtight jar with a sieve (this mixture will stay good for a week in an airtight jar) boil milk in another pot, add sugar (optional imho, better to add sugar per taste after) cut the nuts and almond intil thin long pieces. He then he fills his ladle the tea and puts it in the boiling water and mixing until it has a nice and pink colour and serves and garnishes it with the nuts and almonds

For kahwah: - 3 cups cold water - 1 anise flower - 1 inch cinnamon stick - 5-6 cardamom pods - 3 tbs Kashmiri tea - bring to boil - 1/2 tbs baking soda - 1 tsp salt - reduce to 1 cup while stirring - add 2 cups cold water - reduce to 1 cup while stirring - add 3 cups cold water - reduce to 1 cup while stirring - strain kahwah For tea: - boil milk with sugar - add part of kahwah - garnish with sliced pistachios and almonds
