For Marination:
Chicken 1 kg
Salt half tsp
Paprika powder (kashmiri chilli powder)1 tbsp
Turmeric powder quarter tsp
Onion 1 big chopped finely
Garlic ginger paste 2 tsp
Tomato (paste of 5 medium tomatoes)
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt half tsp or too taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder quarter tsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin zeera crushed 1 tsp ( Roasted)
Black pepper half tsp
Cashews (make a paste of 10 to 12 Kaju) Cashews
Kasori methi 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Fresh coriander of your choice
