Being a Kashmiri i would say there is no sign of anything which one could say it's Kashmiri Chicken,the texture and colour are totally different in Kashmiri dishes And when it comes to your dish mostly in all your dishes the colour is same

There is absolutely no reliance upon the addition of sugar “to enhance flavour”. Being well informed on the seriously bad effects of sugar this, to me, is what authenticity is. I have liked, shared and subscribed to your recipes in the hope of learning more hints from you on Desi cuisine, like the use of Sarson ka Tel (Mustard oil), powdering Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) in your hands to release optimal flavour just before adding it. The issue with most if not all videos is the recipes for sure are nice. However, the cooking utensils and quantity you use is large which makes it tough to replicate the recipe at home for family. If you say how to work around that for new cooks at home please. Thanks!
