Employment is the issue. what are sources of employment 1. tourist ( 2.2. tourist for 1.2 Cr population means , each tourist must have spent at least 50k/person, means on an average each Kashmiri got 1lakh if distributed equally) , 2. govt jobs ( which are limited), 3. private jobs( manufacturing companies ) which do not exists in Kashmir, they will come when they find 10-15 yrs absolute peace.
